We use the collected data solely to:

• Provide the URL tracing service.
• Diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the bot.
• Enforce access controls, including blocking users who misuse the service.

3. Data storage and retention

Logs are stored in a private SQLite database hosted on the server running the bot. We retain interaction logs for up to 90 days, after which they may be deleted automatically or manually. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required by law.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including keeping the database on the host server and restricting access to authorized administrators. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
